Introduction:

1This machine is used for fresh sweet waxy corn threshing, can be easily separated from the grain and the stem. Applicable to the central kitchen, corn canned corn, corn pulp frozen, corn grain factory, dry food processing, agricultural and sideline products processing factories and enterprises.

2: for the threshing of the corn cob, need to remove the out skin and hair, then put into the machine.

3: The tool rotation speed is controlled by the inverter and the feeding speed is fixed.

4: There is a feed wheel reversal return device, if the corn stalks break or stuck, press the reverse button to make it smooth exit.

5: Feed conveyor belt is driven by a single motor, and corn thresher body with card-type connection

6: The machine voltage is 220V, power 1.2Kw, size: 1150 500 1300mm

7: 75pcs/min of con=rn, capacity about 300Kg / h .
